Publication right

For the publication of the theses on the server of MathDiss International the project respective the SUB Goettingen needs the simple publication right of the graduate student. The exclusive publication right is not required. Apart from the publication on our server it is released to the graduate student to make the document open to the public in every way he wants. For us it is only important to get the permission to publish the document without any reservation in the net.

We are interested in the following declaration by the graduate student, which also regulates the publication right for further central mechanisms (in the Federal Republic of Germany):

"Hereby I confirm that the submitted files represent an electronically copy of the authorized version of my thesis.

I admit the university library XY ("home library") to publish my thesis in the WWW and if necessary to convert the files into another format.

I insure that with the publication of this document no rights on the part of any third parties are hurt.

I confirm that the printing of the thesis in the final version has been approved by the examining board, and I attest that the delivered electronic version corresponds with the original version.

Furthermore I permit the responsible national library (in Germany: Der Deutschen Bibliothek (DDB)) including a responsible special assembly area library (and if necessary cooperating international servers) to save my thesis and to make it open to the public. For this exclusive purpose I agree with the transfer of all submitted files to the institutions mentioned above."
